This house for students is situated in one of the most visited places of Budapest, so the main question was how to create an intimate situation for the students, while somehow communicating with the neighbourhood. My answer was to pull back the entrance, thus making it more private. Also, the ground floor of the house is a bakery, with a fireplace, that gives the house its signature chimney.

The central space of the housing is a private garden, where they can have outdoor gatherings. The rooms are in a group of 4, all opening at a common living room.
