House on a hill

I see this house as a set of options. In this case it is designed for one family and three couples, but I believe that it could function also as a house for two familes, or at its best, one villa for one family. This was a one semester long project at the university. This is planned on an existing site, where there is a house for 4 families. We examined the site and came up with a plan for the existing conditions (individually).
My idea, considering the current living situations in Budapest, was to design 3 smaller apartments, that could be ideal for couples/individuals/students.
These flats would not necessarily be bought, but rather be rented. They all come with one parking space in the garage.
There would be a bigger flat, taking place on the upper part of the hill, given from its location kind of separated from the others, this could belong to one family, who could own this flat. As their place has its own garden connection, they would not be bothered by the other
couples living in the lower apartments.
What was interesting for me in the designing process was to figure out how to provide some privacy to all the different residents. That is why I decided to create these different ‘levels’ on the site.
